SHIPPING INFORMATION
Fees & timing shipping fees and times will vary based shipping location. Please note that possible import duties may apply when placing orders outside of the us. Moda Zéta is not responsible for payment of these duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
UNITED STATES
If you’re not completely satisfied with your zeta purchase, you can file for a return within seven (7) days of the order date for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).
Please note that we do not offer free returns. Upon requesting an exchange or refund, a short form will be sent to you for you to fill out. Once the form has been filled out, we will send you a payment request for the return label. Once the payment has been made a return label will be sent to your email. The product(s) should be packed in all packaging, including all bags, and tissue paper. The return should be sent out to the Moda Zeta warehouse within two (2) days of receiving the label. Failure to ship a return punctually may result in store credit rather than a refund.
Once the product(s) have been received and validated, the transaction will be refunded. Funds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
*ALL SALE ITEMS ARE "FINAL SALE"; THEY ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in complete original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may not qualify for a refund or credit.
- Items not returned on time will only qualify for store credit

INTERNATIONAL
If you’re not completely satisfied with your zeta purchase, please return it to us within 15 days of the order date for a full refund. ( the warehouse must receive it with in the 15 day timeframe, so please calculate shipping times.)
